User-Generated Content Terms

Simply tagging @isla.born or using #islaborn does not, on its own, give Isla Born the right to republish your photo or video. Before we feature a piece of community content anywhere off Instagram, we send you a permission request from our official account and wait for your reply.

When you reply to our official permission request with #YesIslaBorn, you grant Isla Born a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display the approved content on:

• islaborn.com, including the Our Story community gallery
• Isla Born brand-owned social channels
• Isla Born email newsletters and marketing collateral

You keep ownership of your content. We credit you by your Instagram handle and link back to the original post whenever we display it.

By responding with #YesIslaBorn, you confirm that:

• You created the content or have the rights to grant this license.
• Anyone recognizable in the content has agreed to appear in it.
• The content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

All hashtagged submissions enter an internal moderation queue and are reviewed before appearing on the website. We may decline to feature content for any reason, and we may remove previously approved content at any time.

You can withdraw permission at any moment by emailing islaborn415@gmail.com with a link to the post. We'll remove it from Isla Born surfaces we control within a reasonable timeframe.

Featured community content is unpaid unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
