Refund Policy
Refunds are issued on eligible returns once received and inspected at our warehouse.

Eligibility
Items returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with tags attached qualify for a refund to your original payment method.
Timing
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.
Non-Refundable Items
- Final sale and limited-drop items
- Underwear, swimwear (for hygiene)
- Gift cards
- Shipping fees
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days at islaborn415@gmail.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
